The Woodcliff Lake Police Department, in conjunction with the United States Marine Corps Reserves, will be conducting its third annual Toys For Tots campaign during the 2018 holiday season.
The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys For Tots program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during November, and December each year and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the northern New Jersey area.
The primary goal of Toys For Tots is to deliver, through a shiny new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to needy children that will motivate them to grow into responsible, patriotic citizens and community leaders.
The objectives of Toys For Tots are to help needy children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of our nation's most valuable natural resource-our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; to contribute to better communities in the future.
The Woodcliff Lake Police Department actively seeks your help in making the 2018 Toys For Tots campaign a success.
We will be collecting new, unwrapped toys between November 18, and December 9, 2018, at the Woodcliff Lake Police Department, located at 184 Pascack Road.
